The Science behind
Below, we present fact-checked modern STUDIES on the healing practices behind OXYGEN GATHERING.
These are practices that have existed for thousands of years — ancient Egyptians used frequencies to heal, and breathing techniques to alter states of mind have been used in India since the Vedic and Yogic traditions. Though buried for centuries, they are now coming back to life — and coming back strong.
Part of our human EVOLUTION is remembering what we once forgot, and reclaiming it through a new lens, adapted to our modern needs."
LEARN TO GROW, GROW TO TEACH, TEACH TO REMEMBER.
Studies
We take this seriously, so here's some of the research behind each practice

A systematic review of published randomized-controlled trials found consistent evidence that myofascial release techniques improve pain and physical function across a range of conditions.---*Note: as with most research on manual and body-based therapies, sample sizes in several of these studies are modest and further large-scale research is ongoing.
