Some events take place in the EU (Spain) or UK (England), and some service providers may process data outside Switzerland. The Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) recognizes the EU/EEA as offering an adequate level of data protection. For any other transfers, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
