TERMS AND CONDITIONS — Oxygen Gathering

By booking an event, workshop, or retreat with Oxygen Gathering, or by using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Who We Are

2. Our Events

Oxygen Gathering organizes wellness workshops and retreats — including holotropic breathwork, fascia release, and sound bath sessions — held at various locations internationally, including the Swiss Alps, Spanish vineyards, and the English countryside.

Event details (dates, location, price, and included services) are described on each event’s individual page at the time of booking. We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, facilitators, or venue if necessary, and will inform participants as soon as possible if this happens.

3. Booking Process

A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received in full (or a deposit, if partial payment is offered for that event) and you receive a confirmation email.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and personal details at the time of booking.
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Some events may have eligibility requirements (e.g., age, physical or mental health considerations relevant to breathwork practices) — please review these carefully before booking, and contact us if you are unsure whether an event is suitable for you.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed on our website in the applicable currency and include any taxes required by law, unless stated otherwise.

Payment is due in full at the time of booking, unless a deposit or instalment option is explicitly offered for a specific event.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Because event spaces are limited and often involve advance costs for venues, facilitators, and accommodation, the following general cancellation terms apply, unless a specific event page states otherwise:

30+ days before the event: full refund, minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred (e.g., non-refundable venue deposits)
14–30 days before the event: partial refund (e.g., 50%)
Less than 14 days before the event, or no-show: no refund
If we cancel or postpone an event: you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date

6. Health, Safety, and Participant Responsibility

Practices such as holotropic breathwork can be intense and are not suitable for everyone. Participants with certain medical conditions (including but not limited to cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, pregnancy, or severe mental health conditions) should consult a physician before booking and disclose relevant health information to our team in advance.
Our facilitators offer wellness practices and are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care. If you are currently under medical or psychiatric treatment, please consult your practitioner before attending.
Participation in any activity is at your own risk. Oxygen Gathering does not guarantee any specific outcome or result from participation.
We reserve the right to refuse participation, or ask a participant to step back from an activity, if we reasonably believe it is not safe for them or others.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Swiss law, Oxygen Gathering is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in our events, except where liability cannot legally be excluded (such as death or personal injury caused by negligence).

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and, where applicable, travel insurance to and from event locations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, and design) is the property of Oxygen Gathering and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Swiss courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights participants may have under the law of their country of residence within the EU.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our events or legal requirements. The date of the latest update is shown below. Continued use of our website or booking of an event after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
